On average, Metro Dispatch handles in excess of 1000 emergency and non-emergency calls every day.
Metro-Dispatch is staffed by 29 full time Dispatch Operators, 10 to 15 part time Call Takers, 3 Dispatch Operations Coordinators (Supervisors) and a Dispatch Manager for 24 hour operations
